Returning To Work After Parenting

Making the decision to come back to work after parenting results in many challenges.  Though many of these are similar to those that other people job-hunting or searching for a new career are facing, there are some important differences that need to be carefully considered and addressed:

• What's the best way to describe and handle gaps in my resume? ...And how do I talk about these during an interview?
• Are there full-time positions that will allow me to leave at 3:30 PM to pick up my children at school?
• Will I be able to make the same salary as when I left?
